charming stay with perfect service
friendly staff convenient shuttle spacious room
the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay i found the shuttle service to be very convenient for getting around the city i really appreciated how clean and spacious the rooms were. the breakfast options were diverse and delicious. the hotel's location near the imperial grounds offered a peaceful retreat after exploring.
the tv in my room was quite outdated i noticed the lack of english channels it limited my entertainment options in the evenings

The shuttle service was very useful! it ran on a regular schedule to the underground station. the lobby was beautiful. I loved the design. the staff was helpful and friendly. They always assisted with directions and information.
the room felt a little outdated and could use some modernization. the toiletries were also basic. i hope they consider updates for a more luxurious experience.

The hotel offered really good breakfast options with japanese and western styles. The breakfast buffet had a wide array of choices. the japanese breakfast included miso soup, grilled fish, and pickled vegetables. i found fresh fruit and pastries at the western station.

my executive twin room non-smoking was spacious. it included comfortable beds and ample space to relax after exploring. the bathroom offered good amenities, such as a bathtub and a separate shower area.

the hotel is close to the imperial palace. this made it easy to take morning walks around the palace grounds! several restaurants are in the vicinity of the hotel, providing dining options outside of the hotel.

old equipment poor air conditioning
I found the gym somewhat lacking for a hotel of this supposed caliber. It only had a few machines and some free weights. The equipment felt a bit old. Also the air conditioning wasn't working very well in that space. It made my workout less pleasant, I hope they address this issue soon!
